I placed a bid and purchased a boat on ebay. I was however dreading the 1600 miles round trip and 2 days from New Orleans to Miami and back to pick up the boat. I saw USHIP on another item, and went to the website. So I posted my ebay item on USHIP, and was amazed at how quickley bids came in, from reputable and insured shippers. Before I knew it I had 5 bids, with prices less than I could have imagined. A quick deal was made I had my boat to me sooner than if I had driven myself, for less than I would have spent on the trip. The next day, I was in my boat motoring at 35 mph across Lake Pontchartrain for a 40 mile cruise, in great weather, only 5 days from purchase to enoying!
