I am planning on opening a boutique in New Jersey selling fine jewelry and designer clothing. I had seen an antique sofa that I loved, but could not seem to track it down to buy for the store. I was hesitant to shop on Ebay because I did not want to have to "work" at finding this sofa anymore. Well, to my suprise, I found the perfect antique victorian settee. It was the exact shape and size that I needed. I knew I had to bid. So I did and waited patiently for a week and won! I had lots of back and forth with the seller becasue I had no idea of how to ship this beautiful sofa from North Carolina to New Jersey. She was helping me find a carrier and was getting quotes that ranged from $460-$700. That was almost 7 times more than what I had paid for the sofa to begin with. Finally, I took matters into my own hands and searched for shippers. I found USHIP and then discovered is was like Ebay. Well, if I had such a great experience with Ebay, Uship must be the same, so I listed my sofa. I was getting bids like crazy and for all different prices, but much better prices than the shippers I just mentioned. I knew Uship was the answer. I was careful to choose the right carrier. When I saw Glenn and Cindy's feedback, I knew I couldn't go wrong. And I was right. It was so simple! I accepted their bid, emailed and contacted him and the seller, and next thing I knew, I was going to have my dream sofa within days! He arrvived at both destinations on time and took excellent care of my sofa. I can't wait to have it refinished and recovered and then have it for my customers to sit on in my store. I would definately use both Uship and Glenn and Cindy again!
