todd carnes was very prompt and professional. he gave me a super low bid after the cheapest price was almost 200.00 higher with ups. I excepted his bid and the next day he's calling me to set up an appointment to pick up item. He called for directions and is right on time. After picking up item at my door, he's on his way and a few days later I receive a call from todd to inform me my generator has been delivered to my buyer. I have to say thats faster than ups who told me 5 to 7 days for their delivery. My buyer was extremly happy as well. I hope i have the opportunity to do business with this fellow again and I will most certainly use uship again
