You asked for up to 12 days for delivery and exceeded that by 9 days to the delivery terminal. The only improvement would be for your automatic phone service to announce arrival at delivery terminal. My truck went from Fort Lauderdale to Fort Pierce to Jacksonville and onto to South Carolina on a Sunday and I didn't get a call until Monday morning for the door-to-door delivery. Of course, I assumed the car was dropped in Port Saint Lucie before heading north but y'all know the first three letters of assume !! Thanks for the great service !!
