2011 Kawasaki

I'm planning on arriving end of October 2016. Riding for a month or so. Then either ship it back to the states or leave it down there with a friend of mine. I was told that the fumigation of the bike could be an issue? I heard that from another company that doesn't ship down that way anymore because of that reason. Also I will build a crate and load the bike from my shop in San Diego. Have a forklift and plans for a substantial crate. One last thing can I include my camping gear and supplies inside the crate?
