Additional Information: My apologies to previous bidders, but I had difficulty dealing with the fact that I learned that the Trailer is not roadworthy (no brakes and poor tires. Boat has to be transported either without trailer or with trailer on a automotive type self loading trailer. Note weight of boat +trailer is about 4200 lbs and height with trailer is 9 feet 9 inches

I'm not sure why you're getting quoted wide load with escorts money...that's beyond ridiculous....my quote is what it's really worth. Leaving for Ontario tomorrow and have space on the trailer. If not tomorrow...I could do it in a few weeks...but I might up my quote a bit as I'm filling a hole with todays quote.

Response: Hello The trailer does not have brakes and the tires are more than 10 year old. I am looking at two options buying a trailer in Ontario and have it brought to N.S. to bring the boat back or having the boat + trailer on a piggiback as you call it and have them brought to Ontario where I could upgrade the trailer at my leasure. I could also consider having the boat brought back from Nova scotia on third party trailer. Depends on the cost of tranport for the options. I would be interested in having a quote for pigggiback and transport of the boat only on your trailer. Note that boat is 9 feet 10 inches high on trailer. thanks7/17/2012

Purchasing a trailer here in Ontario and having it towed to Nova Scotia was one option I tried to implement last vweek. Unfortunately, the person who was had agreed to sell me a trailer decided without telling me to sell to somebody else. So I let go of this option since it is difficcult right now to find good used trailers in Ontario.Since the uship deadline was up I had to relist. Hi Eric, the trailer doesn't look that bad from the picture, some new tires ($500)and get the bearings serviced and you'd be in good shape. New trailers are $3k for that size of boat. I think this could be moved for $1100 When does it have to be done?

I don't see a problem with 9 foot 10.....we routinely haul 26-28 foot RV's on the back end of our trailer to Ontario that sit at the same height. Our standard insurance would cover the full value of the boat - we're insured for $50,000. Do you have a firm weight for the combo??
