Troy was great. Excellent communication. Machine picked up and delivered on time. I was on vacation when he picked up machine and he went the extra mile a d stored and delivered it when I got back. A complete professional. Wi use him again in future.

We booked through Tricor Transportation Inc. we asked to have the anti freeze checked before coming to Canada as it is very cold here. We were assured that everything was good, and equipment was delivered with the radiator and engine frozen solid. Tricor assured us via email and twice on the phone that the rad was looked after and has refused to accept any responsible to this matter.It will cost us thousands of dollars to bring the equipment to the state we brought in it.

The driver did check the fluids as asked. The driver arrived on Sunday to deliver the Case to Shane. The unit started and was unloaded from our trailer to his trailer without problems. Shane paid the bill in full and the Bill of Lading was signed clear. 24 Hours later I get a call from a very intoxicated man saying the unit is frozen and demanding $4000 . Shane if the unit was frozen when we delivered why not call rightaway? Why pay the bill? & Why sign the Bill Of Lading? Shane you are a liar.
