The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider had agreed to hhave this shipment picked up and delivered within 2 business days and was unable to meet this deadline. We then agreed to extend the delivery date. I expressed that I have a deadline to meet with this shipment that when it is not met, will be costing me money. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time service provider will not return phone calls, or texts or voicemails, over the course of 9 days now, delivery has been delayed 3 times now. i would like to cancel with this service provider as goods did not show up on promised time.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The trucker, Jim Hill, is having truck issues, and after almost a week, has told me that he cannot deliver the skidsteer and I will have to get someone else.I wish I would have known sooner(i.e.- last week as we need the machine ). I want my deposit back, preferably as a credit to my credit card, that paid for it.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Communication was poor and led to mistakes at Ritchie Bros. site. Service provider cancelled the job after being at Ritchie's, twice. Needs to make a better attempt to contact shipper, for instructions and to let the shipper know when he is even picking up shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After 3 weeks and one phone call with the shipper, I'm assuming that the shipper is unavailable to move the truck. We have storage fees that are due and 3 weeks to remove the vehicle should be adequate. I don't think the truck will be shipped and storage is due.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After MANY attempts to contact and to schedule I have had to look to schedule someone else, as there has been no commitment on time and date from them. I emphasized that it needed to be done by a certain time, and I have no other choice go elsewhere. This was to be done way back on the 14th, and he even said as early as the 10th. I have been on hold all month of May! He promised to be in my area on Tues and he would contact me. Nothing. I don't understand why uShip would allow this company
