We can handle shipments within Canada (primarily Western Canada)and shipments from most US locations to Canada. We can accommodate most cross border shipments and can work with your Customs broker or help you work with brokers that we recommend. Upon completion of your shipment to your satisfaction we can accommodate most forms of payment. Didn't get any updates on my shipment unless I asked for them. When the truck arrived at my house, the trucker didn't have the correct ramps to get my tractor off the truck. The ramps collapsed and my tractor was hung on the end of the trailer until the tow truck arrived (I had to call) to get it off. There was no response to my email about the situation or any initiative by the company to check whether any damage was done by their incompetance. I was really disappointed by the experience.

This was probably the most unco-operative individual that I have dealt with. I am confused by his non communication comments. We did all that we could to accommodate the wishes of this shipper and there where a few gliches that he left us to our own devices to handle. Our methods did not meet his lofty goals and for that I apologize. If I had the opportunity to haul for him again, I would choose not to.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When the shipper got to the pick-up location, he realized the load would not fit on the trailer he had planned to use. The estimated size of the load was not accurate and the shipment would have been too high for shipping on the trailer.
