The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipping Company asked for full contact number so we could be reached by them. Full phone number was emailed on April 26. An email was then sent at 8:16 am April 28th from the Shipping Company asking for full phone number again. Delivery was then cancelled at 8:21am due to shipping company stating that customer did not respond to emails or give full contact information when it was just the opposite. Contact information was sent TWO days prior to cancellation of shipment. Response from jimmatheson: Not mentioned about Extra info in the email was info That the item had not yet be purchased and that delivery would not be ready for at least 5 more days which. Is days beyond our commitment. I apoligize. That my office did not receive the email. As it was sent to my second e mail address. Which they have no access to and I was in Ontario. Where telus service is blocked out. Jim js

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This service provider has offered numerous excuses for not picking up my shipment as agreed to upon acceptance of bid. It has been over 30 days since bid was accepted and to date my shipment is yet to be picked up. I would like for this bid to be cancelled and any monies paid refunded to my account.
Thank you. Response from jimmatheson: Was there within the 7 days. For pu engine installation was not completed car was not ready. Long weekend. Death in immediate family in Alberta could not wait. Have not had truck available since. Never talked to Michael just his assistant told them to request cancellation a month. Ago he has not responded to any of my 3 phone messages we are based in Edmonton. Jim js
