The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Bocar (H & H Lifestyles) signed a contract on July 21, indicating he would make our move on Aug 4/5 and asked for a $300.00 deposit which I paid on July 22nd through interact e-transfer (through Canadian banks).
On Aug 3 at 4:30AM he contacted me indicating he couldn't complete the ship the next day. He indicated he was on the west coast and could do it on the 8th. We deferred to the weekend of the 11/12.
After sending us another contract saying he'd pick up on 12th, he contacted us to say Response from handh1: Customer received half of deposit so far and will be receiving the rest in a couple of days. I am sorry once again I was tied up that whole time and couldn't make this work until the next week but that was too long for customer (understandably so)
