The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I gave the provider lots of time to deliver my dozer and now am renting a dozer meanwile my dozer still sits in Armstrong. The previous owner wants it moved so do I. Please cancel I will go pick it up myself. I tried to work with the provider and all I am getting from him are excuces. Times up. Please reemburt my credit card. Thank you, Rob

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have waited 4 months for the delivery of the truck I purchased and still there is no delivery. I have contacted Jim, and there is always another excuse and falsities in his excuses. I will get someone else to deliver it and would like mymoney refunded.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services i went through hell with this service provider. he never answers phone and lies to u and says he is going to deliver your shipment when he does call u back. this goes on for weeks and then he cancels after giving u shit for not having a loading dock for pick up and delivery.he makes up excuses that a 5 year old can see through.his first one was that he wasn't sure what city to pick up my delivery from.second excuse was not having right vehicle to move my car and third was the loading dock thing.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Prior to accepting the bid it was asked if the shipper could pickup the goods on May 4th or 7th. The shipper advised yes so the bid was accept. The shipment was not picked up on Monday and when tried to reach the shipper no response recieved. The shipper did return my phone call the next day and asked if he could have a few extra days to pickup the panels. I advised No and he said he would bring another truck in to take the load. I advised the shipper if he could provide me updates he has not. I

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The sevice provider (getterdun)continually ignored my phone calls in regards to shippment. He would respond to some emails but always delaying the shipment. The service provider is at least two to three weeks past delivery date that he promised. His last excuse was his truck is broke down.I have never have had this problem before with uship.I don not recommend this service provider.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contracted to move the machine and have it in Prince George by Nov. 4th. He still has not been able to give us a date when he could even pick it up and has not replied to our recent email about an extension. He was easy to get in contact with at the beginning but increasingly more so for the last three weeks - ie. no response to one email for 7 days and several days between responses on others.
