Good service. Very quick to answer questions. The only issue I had, was that they were a bit difficult to get into contact with on the day of the drop off. But since they came on time, this was not an issue.

We often experience shipments that are well organized, and communication and loading/unloading is not an issue. This shipment was not any different - just the way it is supposed to be. However, when we encountered problems beyond our control, Crolling proved himself well beyond a great business partner and showed how much of a genuine human being with a true sense of values he really is. We would be very pleased to be able for C. and/or his dad again!

This was a shipment booked on a very short notice; nevertheless, the shipper was prepared and able to facilitate all the necessary paperwork immediately. The drop-off location was very easy to access even for large trucks, and excellent equipment for unloading was on hand. James and his son were always open for communication and proved themselves as understanding business partners. We are looking forward to being able to provide them with outstanding service in the future.

Communication was clear, and party at pick-up location was helpful in accomodating the shipment. vehicle was sensibly loaded as per previous communication, and shipper was available for drop-off at the time he suggested. We would not hesitate to work for Jeffrey again.

Initially there was some misunderstanding regarding pick-up and delivery times, but issue was solved. Shipper phoned in a roll-back tow truck to get the vehicle from warehouse level onto street level. Pick-up point is right next to an Highway ramp and easily accessible. We would happily work for this shipper again.

At the onset it was difficult to get responses from the shipper,but communication improved significantly as time went on. We did, however,have to cancel the transport of another load because neither seller nor buyer mentioned beforehand that there were numerous other items to go with the car,thus costing us $500 in lost revenue. Nevertheless, we would be pleased to work for Andrew again.

Charles delivered the item exactly on the date he said he would, and was very helpful in finding an alternative drop-off location when problems with the original receiver developed. Two thumbs up for Miller Farm Transport!

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My service provider had a vehicle in a accident and told me my trailer will not get to me till Aug 6/12. I really need this trailer as soon as possible as I am moving. My service provider told me I should look at relisting, which I guess I will do.
