Nightmare shipment, not this customer's fault. Rollback listed as req'd for loading, dry run revealed that r/b couldn't get within 250', semi not within 500'. Seller lied to make the sale, Robert stayed patient until seller made tractor accessible but then no trucks avail. to haul it, so further delay. To get this delivered I forfeited all profit to assist shipper with unanticipated costs, and hope he understands how hard I worked for no pay to get this done for him. Thanks Robert
