The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider (broker) didn't tell the shipping company what was in the shipment and when the shipper learned it was an organ, they wouldn't accept it. Response from FreightC: Unfortunately organs fall under pianos on the carrier's restricted articles list, this was out of our control but all information was clearly specified on the bill of lading. They just didn't realize until the freight was actually dropped off at the terminal. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved He sent dead links to prove that he needed a 50% bonus. He was providing a lift gate in any case and he was going to a business, I don't care what his magic 8 ball said.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I think this is a shitty way to do business. i pay and then the shipper gets to send me whatever kind of shit he may want me to do, make me pay up front and threaten me with extra charges if this or that or the other thing (things I have no way of knowing about beforehand.
