The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Pickup was attempted multiple times and there were many problems each time. Main problem was that no one at pickup location knew about pick up.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Communication between the Carrier, the Pick-Up Site and myself has been extremely dysfunctional. The first time the carrier went to the pick up site, he claims that he gave a clear description of the equipment to be picked up (had a BOL from Uship) and the pick up site wasn't aware of the equipment. The pick up site (had a BOL from my office) claims that the carrier did not give a clear description or proper information of the equipment to be picked up so the pick up site wasn't aware of the equ
