The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The carrier has had an unexpected failure on a new trailer that has led to the carrier placing his trailer out of service until repairs are made. The failure is design based from the manufacturer and is being looked after locally under warranty. This will postpone our expected arrival date and due to this being a house move on a set date we would like the shipper to have as much time as possible in order to find a new carrier. Due to an unexpected failure on a new trailer we discovered on our morning safety inspection, we are removing our trailer from service until the manufacturer has corrected the identified problem. As this shipment is a time sensitive household move, we initiated a cancellation as soon as we could in order for the shipper to secure a new carrier. If we are able to recover from the repairs in time for your shipment, we would be happy to complete our work as scheduled. Thank you very much.
