During the delivery of our trailer there was an accident. Rudy kept us informed daily as to Insurance coverage and location of trailer etc. Our trailer is now in Canada and the Insurance is repairing it, should have trailer in 2-3 wks. It was easier to sleep when we knew day to day exacty what was happening and knowing Rudy wanted it taken care of as much as we did. Thumbs up back at you. Larry and Donna Klapp
