uShip
is pleased to announce a new feature that will give the uShip Community
the opportunity to flag shipment listings that appear to be abandoned
or inactive. You will find this feature at the top of each shipment
listing. Each member may only flag a listing once. Please keep in mind
that flagging a listing will not immediately remove it from the
marketplace -- it will take more than one flag and the shipper will
have the opportunity to clear the flags if the shipment is still active.
Please keep in mind the following before deciding to flag a listing:
- Shippers
are not required to answer every question asked of them. Some questions
may be redundant and/or may have been answered in a previous post
- Shippers
are not required to accept or delete every bid. Some shippers may have
a long time horizon and are willing to wait for the bid that best suits
their needs
- Shippers may not log on to their listing and check it every day.
We
are excited about this new feature and think it will improve the
marketplace by only showing our service providers the most up to date
and active shipments!
