The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have paid for our agreed contract with C J E Logistics and they have not turned up. They do not return calls They do not return e-mails. I have paid in full in advance and now the boat is incurring storage costs. I went to considerable effort to achieve their desired time lines as Darwin is not easy. A simple phone call to tell me what is happening would solve all the problems, yet, they have the money and they treat their customers as if they are nothing

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The transport supplier has not responded to any of my emails, phone calls and text messages since the 4th of August. The transport supplier also failed to appear at the agreed collection date of August 8, 2012.
The transport supplier has been paid the full amount of $2,900. Of this, $2,700.96 was deposited directly into the transport suppliers nominated Australian bank account (St George).

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We accepted the mechanical breakdown and were flexible with dates. However, this service provider refused to commit to a date for shipment pickup. After his truck was repaired he failed to show up on two occasions and kept postponing. He rarely answered phone calls or returned messages. Left us hanging for 3 weeks not knowing when or if he was intending to carry out the agreed services, then he cancelled. 50% deposit paid, lots of time wasted and no service provided. Very disappointed. Response from CJELOGISTICS: The shipper was always kept fully informed of the delays no one including my self can expect to be baggered everyday by the shipper, an alternative transport was put up & rejected by the shipper, the shipper expected the transporter to travel empty from Mt isa to Darwin to collect the load. The shipper is using her employment with consumer affairs to now intimadate the transporter which will be investigated

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Tried calling the provider a few times and got the (Leave a message) so I did but no response. The booking was done on 31 Aug 2011 with the understanding that the car would be picked up WITHIN 14 DAYS and delved WITHIN 10 DAYS, WITH A 24 HRS NOTICE. NO SERVICE. NOT HAPPY.
