The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were not able to reach the ebay seller for over a week. He had no voice mail set up on his phone and did not respond to text messages. We attempted to contact him from several different phone numbers to no avail. When he finally did respond it was via a text saying "Too late the car has gone". So therefore the customer no longer needs out services.

Customer was very helpful he even flew to the pickup address to help me load the shipment into the van and then flew back home to help unload it at the other end. He also offered to pay extra because the shipment was larger than expected.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it My quote was for 3 bikes and 500kg of parts.
The customer did relist the job with an extra 1500kg of parts but i did not quote on that job.
I have spoken to the customer about the job i quoted on and that was accepted by the customer.
We can't legally carry 2,000kg of parts plus 3 bikes plus 10 bike frames and nearly 2 dozen boxes.
I can't accommodate this job and i can't transport the extra 1,500kg in parts.
