Disclaimer: I pickup and deliver Sunday morning thru Saturday night, 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM all days. It is important to realize that, unless this issue is addressed prior to accepting my bid, it would be the shipping requesters responsability to make sure someone is available at the origin and the destination to handle any papework and to either hand over or take delivery the item(s) to be transported anytime during this period. If after a bid is accepted and a route is planned by me [the transporter], it turns out either the origin or destination will have a conflict in times scheduled for pickup and delivery, and this issue was not recognized prior to bid acceptance, it will be the shipping requesters responsability to pay the agreed bid amount regardless. Please, take the time to make sure everyone is on board with the transporters schedule before accepting this bid. Ask me if you have any conflicts first. I may be able to work the schedule in your favor beforehand, maybe not after.

SEE MY TIMEFRAME.. I will go over the bike with you on the phone and a invoice will be filled out (scratches or dents to insure that you receive the bike in the same condition that it was picked up in) and signed by the seller and he or she will get a copy. Then the last phone call will come one hour before delivery. Safety of my Equipt. and your Bike is #1. I hit my timeframes, except things out of my control. Thank you DLTRANSPORT.
