As of this morning, all of the email deliverability issues have been resolved with the various Internet Service Providers that were affected. Those of you having issues should be getting all of your email notifications to your inbox without interruption. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
It has come to our attention that some members are not receiving their usual email notifications from uShip. uShip is working on a solution with the affected Internet Service Providers to resume normal deliverability. In the meantime, please remember that all communications are available in the uShip Message Center. Additionally, you may want to open your ‘junk mail’ folder as some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may simply divert the message out of your normal inbox.
